Gates
Enter through the 2 silver gates on the left of the house. Parents and caregivers please leave with your swimmers and do not allow them out of the gate alone - the street is dangerous.
Gates must be closed at all times.
Waiting Area
No eating onsite.
No glass containers onsite due to bare foot children.
No spray sunscreens to be used in the sitting area. Please see the sunscreen directions below.
Swimmers and Siblings must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including using the toilet. Please ensure the bathroom is clean and in order after your child uses it and close the door.
If siblings need to play/shout/run around please use the nearby park.
Out of respect to others please use CELL PHONES in your cars and not in the allocated seating area.
Parents have requested not having their children in videos and pictures on social media. Please limit taking photographs/video of your swimmer in the lesson. Kindly take pictures before or after their lesson.
Bathroom
The bathroom is NOT A CHANGE ROOM. Changing in the bathroom causes the floor and mats to be soaked with water and delays others from using the toilet. If you or your child uses the bathroom as a changing area you will be asked to refrain.
Kindly dry your child before using the bathroom.

Swim Attire
Simple swim wear makes learning to swim a lot easier. Snug fitting short sleeve swim shirts work best. Kindly do not overdress your swimmer for their lesson.Long hair interferes with teaching. Wear a cap or tie it back away from the face.
Trim swimmers' finger/toe nails.
Swim School Closures
If the weather is unpleasant you are welcome to sit in your car.
By law the pool will close if there is lightening and thunder present, classes will be forfeit.
Swim lessons will be forfeit if we experience "natural disasters", such as smoke from wild fires or safety closures in the county due to virus or other unforeseen dangers. Fecal accidents in the pool will also cause subsequent lessons to be forfeit.
There are NO make-ups for missed classes. There are no refunds once the session has begun and I do not "credit" for later sessions.
If I cancel a swim class due to personal reasons, a refund/make up lesson will be offered.
Have your swimmer use the toilet before each swim class, and remind them that they can get out of the pool to go to the toilet.
Keep children with diarrhea or other gastrointestinal illnesses out of the pool.
Mommy/me swimmers must be double diapered - disposable and reusable.
Use reusable diaper for younger children who have recently been potty trained.
NOTE: Fecal accidents can occur in older children of 5 – 6, not just babies.
Pool chlorine is not effective in killing fecal cryptosporidium (parasite in feces) and fecal accidents require special cleaning procedures and pool closure .
Subsequent lessons will be forfeited until the pool chemical levels are safe for swimming.
No sunscreen may be applied onsite. Sunscreen applied immediately before lessons is ineffective as it immediately washes off and can run into the swimmer's eyes. Please apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes before getting into the pool. Re-apply sunscreen when swim class is over.
Swimmers may wear snug fitting swim shirts for lessons.
Bees
If you or your child are allergic to bee stings please bring an Epipen to each lesson or other form of medication.
Please keep shoes on your swimmers and siblings when outside of the pool.
